These terms govern your use of Masquerade and its features, including account creation, content, reporting, and consent-gated interaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
We may use date of birth, verification flows, and account controls to help enforce the 18+ requirement, but age verification is not identity verification.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
We use authentication, session refresh, and verification steps to protect accounts and reduce abuse, but no online service can eliminate all risk.
Do not harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, solicit money from other users, distribute illegal content, or use the service to evade blocks or restrictions.
Do not share another person's private information or revealed identity without permission.
If you upload content, you must have the rights to do so and you remain responsible for what you post.
Users can block and report other users. Reports may be reviewed and can lead to account restriction, suspension, or termination.
We may preserve evidence needed to investigate abuse, protect users, or satisfy legal obligations.
Some features are consent-gated, including profile reveal. You are responsible for using judgment when meeting anyone in person.
Masquerade does not guarantee the identity, safety, or intentions of other users and does not provide background checks.
We may update or remove features, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.
If we materially change these Terms, we will make the updated version available before it applies.
